## Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
**DryZora.shop** is an online premium dry fruits and healthy food products store serving customers across India.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are available only for products that are **damaged, spoiled, missing, incorrect, expired, or materially different** from the items ordered.
Customers must report any issue within **24 hours** of receiving the order by providing the order details along with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, and the issue, wherever applicable. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and food products, opened, consumed, or used items are generally **not eligible** for return. However, exceptions may be made if the product is found to be damaged, spoiled, expired, incorrect, missing, or has a manufacturing or quality defect at the time of delivery.
After receiving your request, our support team will review and verify the complaint. If the claim is approved, **Dry Zora** may provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the **original payment method**, wherever possible. For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, refunds may be processed via **UPI or bank transfer** after collecting the necessary refund details from the customer.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within **5–7 business days**. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, UPI service, or payment gateway.
If a replacement product is available and preferred by the customer, a replacement may be provided instead of issuing a refund.
