**DryZora.shop** is an online premium dry fruits and healthy food products store serving customers across India.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including their **name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment information**, to avoid order cancellation or delivery delays.

If a **prepaid order** is cancelled by **Dry Zora**, the eligible refund will be processed to the **original payment method**, wherever possible. Refunds are generally processed within **5–7 business days** after approval. However, the actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, cancellation requests are accepted only **before the order is packed or dispatched**, subject to the current order status.
